Plain and Fancy Farm

Menu & Dining Options

Traditional Family-Style

This is the “pass the plate,” traditional all-you-can-eat Pennsylvania Dutch dining experience famous the world over, and it all started right here. You'll start with local relishes, such as cabbage slaw and chow chow, apple butter and breads baked fresh that day.

Savor country meats, including Lancaster County baked sausage, eye round of beef, golden broasted chicken, and Plain and Fancy’s famous chicken potpie with homemade noodles. There is barely room for your napkin amongst the platters of buttered egg noodles, dried corn, real mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. There's always plenty of tea, lemonade and coffee to quench your thirst.

Especially famous are the Farm's fresh baked, mouth-watering desserts, particularly the signature apple dumplings and wet-bottom shoo-fly pie!

Discounts for a Plain and Fancy meal are always available in the Amish Experience Box Office.

A La Carte Menu

This changing menu includes lunch and dinner specials from $7.95 and $10.95 respectively. Sandwiches, soups, salads, wraps, and desserts are offered up, all with a local twist and flavor. Favorites include corn chowder, chicken pot pie, pulled pork BBQ sandwiches, and sour cream apple pie. Beer and wine are also available.
