This is a teacher’s dream --- easily arranged and executed. -St. Augustine School
I wanted to personally thank you and your staff at the Amish Experience for being so accommodating yesterday. I realize that our arrival 30 minutes late would have thrown most venues into a tailspin, but your team reacted with a back-up plan that was superb. At no time did we feel rushed or that we had missed anything. Our guide for the homestead and farm tours was sensational. He was informative, entertaining, and most importantly, he knew how to engage both adults and children in his discussion. I've visited Lancaster several times and was truly amazed by everything I didn't know. The breadth of information shared with us, from details about dress and family dynamics to the historical account of the development of the community, was astounding. The film "Jacob's Choice" was also enlightening. Thank-you again for a memorable visit. -S.M. (elementary school teacher)
The tour exceeded our expectations in that we were able to experience a real working farm firsthand, not a “simulated” re-creation. We were made to feel right at home at every place we visited. -Girl Scouts
